The grid coupling should be lubricated. Especially in high speed operation, lubrication should be paid more attention and good lubrication condition should be kept.

 

The grid coupling should adopt No. 2 lithium grease ZL - 4. Grease should be changed once every half a year and be checked twice monthly. Grease should be replenish when it is insufficient.

 

When adding the grease, unscrew the lubricating oil plug of hole on the shell. Then insert the oiling device. Add grease until surplus grease overflow from opposite oil hole.

 

The spring of the grid coupling is vulnerable part. When replacing the spring, dismount the cover and spring, wipe out rag and cleaning up all of parts. Then install and adjust coupling according above steps.

 

Note: after being oiled, all of oil plugs must be covered and tightened.
